Set it up once. Keep the conversation moving.

The exact options depend on the trigger and connected account. The builder shows what can be activated.

   Connect Instagram

   Connect an eligible Instagram Business or Creator account through Meta’s authorization flow. RelayDM does not ask for your Instagram password.

2. 02

   Choose a trigger

   Select a supported Post or Reel comment, incoming text DM, or Story text reply. Targeting and matching options depend on the trigger.

3. 03

   Write the response

   Set the opening message and the content to deliver. Comment journeys can also use a configured public reply.

4. 04

   Add an optional gate

   Where the selected journey supports it, collect an email or name, or check the Instagram follow relationship before releasing content.

5. 05

   Review the journey

   Check the trigger, message, destination, and any access conditions in the builder before activation.

6. 06

   Launch

   Activate the automation. RelayDM evaluates eligible incoming events and attempts the configured response within Meta’s platform rules.

7. 07

   Review results

   See recorded delivery outcomes, tracked-link activity, and captured leads where those steps are configured. A click is not a sale or a message open.
