No. RelayDM never asks for or stores your Instagram password. Meta issues a revocable access token after you approve the requested permissions.

Yes. You can disconnect or reconnect your Instagram Business or Creator account at any time from your Integrations settings without losing your existing automation templates.

Instagram Post or Reel comments, incoming text DMs and Story text replies. Each surface has its own supported targeting and matching rules.

Fast Delivery sends the configured delivery content after an eligible trigger without requiring an additional recipient step.

No. It is optional and available only on configured, eligible Interactive / Gated journeys. Following releases content; not-following or unknown results remain gated.

Current Delivery Content supports ordered Text and tracked Link items with button labels. Existing legacy link automations remain compatible until intentionally converted.

You can send a tracked Link to a resource you host. The current Builder does not offer PDF or image delivery items.

RelayDM records the trigger and delivery outcome so failed sends remain visible rather than disappearing silently. Instagram can reject or delay messages because of temporary platform issues, rate limits, permission changes, recipient privacy settings, expired account access, or Meta’s messaging-window rules. For modern ordered Delivery Content, RelayDM can retry certain temporary network and Meta server failures with staged backoff while the messaging window remains open. Permanent failures are recorded without repeated sending. Other Instagram message paths may fail immediately when Meta rejects the request rather than being automatically retried.

Eligible Lead Gates can capture an email, email plus name, or one configured response before revealing the delivery content.

Tracked-link click events after known Meta crawler and prefetch traffic is excluded. They are not proof of a purchase, verified identity, DM open or sale.

Current reporting includes available delivery outcomes, Qualified Clicks, captured leads and automation context within the selected plan’s analytics lookback.

Signup alone grants no live access. An eligible Indian workspace can receive one payment-backed trial after verified authorization. Checkout shows the selected plan, amount, interval and first-charge date before approval.

The provider-scheduled first charge and billing cadence are shown before authorization. Billing continues on the selected cadence unless canceled under the current policy.

New paid subscriptions currently launch in India with INR checkout through Razorpay. International checkout is not currently offered.

You can manage your subscription plan or cancel auto-renewal at any time directly from the Billing page before your next scheduled renewal.

RelayDM stores the account, workspace, automation, delivery, lead, billing and operational data needed to provide and secure the service. Instagram credentials remain server-side and are never exposed in public pages.
